Welcome. My name is Jalyn VanConett, Associate Broker with RE/MAX 4000, Inc. in Grand Junction, Colorado. I have a professional background in banking, accounting, construction, development and marketing as well as currently working on my Certified Commercial Investment Management (CCIM) designation in real estate. My background is well rounded in areas that would be pertinent to you and your real estate needs.
I could tell you many things about myself, like I love fast cars, mystery movies, sunsets on the beach, days at the spa, shopping, exploring new places, dining with good friends, contemporary Christian and 80’s rock music, but most of all, I love my husband of a quarter of a century, Randy and our two beautiful daughters, Jaime and Danielle. Another love of mine is my work. I believe in the R-T-C method of doing business. Developing a Relationship through working together and following up. Establishing a Trust by diligently working full-time for my clients in finding what they are looking for. Instilling Confidence by negotiating contracts, determining market value, marketing your property with the latest and greatest technology, finding that perfect investment property to fit your portfolio, educating you on how to get the best price for your home or helping you buy real estate with your IRA, I can do it!
